Prompt Library Template
Save, sort, and reuse your best prompts
How to Use This Template
A prompt library is your personal collection of prompts that work. Instead of starting from scratch every time, you copy a proven prompt, fill in the blanks, and go.
Save a prompt whenever you get a result you're happy with. Copy the exact wording.
Replace specific details with [BLANKS] so you can reuse it (e.g. [CLIENT NAME], [DEADLINE]).
Give it a short, searchable name and a category.
Rate it after each use (1–5) and note tweaks that improved it.
Review monthly: delete prompts you don't use, improve ones that are "almost there."
Keep it safe: don't store confidential information, personal data, passwords, or client details in your prompt library. Keep blanks generic.
Tip: copy this template into a doc, spreadsheet, or notes app you can search quickly, and pin it where you work.
