Scope, features, and launch checklist for any no-code project
How to Use This Template
Fill in Sections 1–3 before opening any tools. It should take about 30 minutes.
Be ruthless with scope. Put only 3–5 features in "Must-have." Everything else goes to "Later."
Use Section 5 as your build plan, ticking tasks as you go.
Run the launch checklist (Section 7) before telling anyone about it.
After launch, log feedback in Section 8 and pick one improvement per week.
Tip: copy this template into a doc or Notion page for each new project.
