Proposal Template Pack
Three proposal layouts you can copy
How to Use This Pack
You get three layouts for different situations:
Layout | Best for | Length |
|---|---|---|
A. The One-Pager | Small, clear projects; repeat clients | 1 page |
B. The Options Proposal | Projects where the client could choose different levels of service | 2–3 pages |
C. The Full Project Proposal | Larger, multi-phase projects with several decision-makers | 4–6 pages |
Steps:
Have a discovery call first. Use the client's own words when describing their situation and goals.
Choose the layout that matches the size of the project.
Replace everything in [brackets] and delete sections you don't need.
Keep scope crystal clear. List what's included and what isn't.
Send it quickly, ideally within 1–3 business days of the call, and offer a short call to walk through it.
Have a proper written agreement too. A proposal explains the project; a contract protects both sides. Check with a legal professional for a contract that suits your country.
